If you really want to win by wagering, then you have to play smart and act intelligent, not only on the game table itself but outside it as well. Hence, if your skills are not worth something when it comes to poker and you’ve got the worst type of fortune when it comes to the slots and the European roulette wheel, then it could be time for you to change gambling professions and focus on a different game…such as pontoon.

Twenty-One is a very simple casino game to understand, play and master. More than that, chemin de fer is very fun to play as well, so if you have not tried betting on black jack yet, then you haven’t experienced all the enjoyment in betting yet.

How to Win in Pontoon

Now, just before we get down to the winning tips in pontoon, let’s first go over the established rules of pontoon. Remember that the primary aim of every black jack player in black jack is to get cards that are equal to 21 or one nearest to it like Twenty or 19. Pray, however, that your cards do not get busted by exceeding Twenty-one because that means you’ve lost your wager right away.

Counting cards in twenty-one is simple. two to ten should be counted as they are. Face cards, on the other hand, should be counted as Ten. Lastly, you have the option to value the ace as 1 or 11. If you have noticed, with the exception of the ace rule, the counting system used in twenty-one is very much similar to what is used to play Lucky 9. But whereas 9 is the lucky number indeed, in blackjack, Twenty-one is the luckiest number in the deck.

Now that we are done going over things, here are the tricks we’ve described.

Don’t Make a Routine of Taking Insurance – You get the opportunity to take insurance if 1 of the cards turned over by the dealer is an ace. By taking insurance and placing a bet that’s not more than half the amount of the player’s wager, the gambler is able to insure that his cash won’t be lost if the croupier has twenty-one hiding in his sleeve. But, anything other than that should assure a success for the croupier.

We recommend against buying insurance simply because your main opponent would be the dealer so it is pointless to wager against yourself.

Go for a black jack table on which the minimal wager isn’t more than 5 % of your total bank roll.

Lastly, doubling down is the best advantage for a player in chemin de fer so keep in mind to utilize this option if your cards show fantastic potential!

Blackjack is both fun and can be extremely worthwhile. Learn it and succeed large next time you’re at the betting house.
